Vision Statement and Overall Objective
The overall objective of ECREEE is to contribute to the sustainable economic, social and environmental development of West Africa by improving access to modern, reliable and affordable energy services, energy security and reduction of energy related GHG emissions and climate change impacts on the energy system.

This objective will be achieved through the promotion of regional markets for renewable energy and energy efficiency. The activities of ECREEE will therefore directly contribute to the achievement of the goals of the ECOWAS white paper, the Millennium Development Goals (MDG's) and the international GHG mitigation goals.

Mission Statement and Specific Objective
The specific objective of ECREEE is to create favourable framework conditions and an enabling environment for renewable energy and energy efficiency markets by supporting activities directed to mitigate existing barriers

The three main goals of ANSOLE are:

To foster training and education in solar energy at various skill levels (training and education).
To foster research activities in the field of solar energy among African scientists working within Africa and those in the diaspora (research).
To promote and encourage the use of solar energy in Africa (economy, development and environmental protection).

The Saudi Arabia Solar Industry Association aspires to provide Saudi Arabia solar professionals with the opportunity to meet through workshops, conferences and lectures.

The Saudi Arabia Industry Association aspires to publish white-papers and research reports that aim to assist policy-makers on matters related to solar policies, standards, and product certifications.

The Saudi Arabia Solar Industry Association aspires to assist international solar companies establishing or contemplating the establishment of a representative office in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

The objective of TAREA is to promote the sustainable development of Renewable Energy in Tanzania Mainland.

TAREA cooperates with all important enterprises in Tanzania, as well as (inter-)national organisations.

The Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Partnership (REEEP) is a market catalyst for clean energy in developing countries and emerging markets. In this role, it acts as a funder, information provider and connector for up-scaling clean energy business models.

REEEP has a network of Regional Secretariats on the ground around the globe, including China and India, ensuring that all activities are locally relevant and focused.Over its lifetime, REEEP has been supported primarily by governments (Australia, Austria, Canada, the European Union, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Spain, Switzerland, the US and the United Kingdom), by institutions such as the OPEC Fund for International Development, and by contributions from the private sector. Robust governance and monitoring structures ensure that all contributions are spent transparently and effectively.

The Alliance for Rural Electrification (ARE) is the only international business association in the world focusing on the provision and promotion of small scale renewable energy solutions for rural electrification in developing and emerging markets. Based on the experience of over 70 members, coming from all sectors relevant to renewable energies in developing countries, it develops technological, political and financial recommendations, which are made available to policy makers and other actors in the field of rural electrification.

The Taiwan Photovoltaic Industry Association (TPVIA) was founded by PV-related companies and Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI). The TPVIA is a non-profit organization, that members are from all PV sections, including: materials, solar cells, modules, systems technology, the accessories materials, manufacturing equipment, etc..., covering complete industrial chain of upstream, middle stream and downstream.

TPVIA provides a platform collecting industrial opinions from members and communicate with government, researching or other organizations.

We hope to make solar power and renewable energy closer to the people living, and encourage people care about the global environmental protection.

The Southern African Alternative Energy Association (SAAEA) represents and actively promotes Renewable Alternative Energy Solutions in our region. Its focus is the whole industry, rather than one sector.

Wind, Solar, Biomas, Biogas, Bio Fuels, Green Products, Energy Saving, Alternative Energy, Energy from Waste, Fuel Cell Technologies etc.

The SAAEA advocate policy development on behalf of our members at decision making government level. We also promote understanding of the industry and its potential through tools such as industry events, forums, conferences, newsletters and publications, our objective is to provide borderless access to the information that can affect today's clean energy industries as much as tomorrow's world.

Our members share the belief that lowering our carbon footprint is as important as the doing of business itself because we understand that every small endeavor toward a green, sustainable world makes a difference.

The Ghanaian-German Economic Association (GGEA) in Accra is an alliance of Ghanaian, German and international companies, entrepreneurs and institutions with business and commercial interests in both continents, Africa and Europe.
