Ministry of Transport (Tanzania) is the government body, with primary responsibility for Transport Policy, Planning and Coordination functions as well as oversight of Infrastructure delivery and asset management. Town and County Planners Association of Kenya (TCPAK) are a body corporate of town, county, regional and country planners association which brings together professionals, dealing with issues pertaining to town and country planning, urban and regional development, environmental issues, regional and international planning and development among others. TCPAK promotes professional development, education, public awareness, and the protection of built and natural heritage and environment. The Association exists to advance sustainable, integrated and inclusive association for the benefit of the town, county and country planners and professional growth of members through professional practice, advancing planning knowledge and technologies, research, championing the rights of town planners and conducting professional development programs.
