MPS operates a container terminal that handles seaborne freight traffic in Ghana. Its services include stevedoring of containers, shore handling, and storage and delivery. The company also serves as a gateway for the landlocked countries of Mali, Niger, and Burkina Faso. The company was founded in 2002 and is based in New Town Tema, Ghana.

Pasico Ghana Limited is a Limited Liability Company incorporated in Ghana on 1st June 1965 to take over the business of the Ghana Branch of Paterson Simons (West Africa) Limited, UK, which had been trading in Ghana since 1948. Pasico is the leading supplier of lifting equipment, service support and certification services in Ghana.
Pasico has a head office in Ghana's capital, Accra. The engineering team operate from offices and workshops in Tema, close to Ghana's main port. Pasico have a second team of engineers working from Ghana's second port, Takoradi, which has seen recent development as a result of oil finds close to the coast.
